Niki is always eager to explore life’s mysteries, see beyond her judgments, and get creative. Grounded in honesty, her classes offer a wonderful practice in being present. In order to encourage self-reliance and progress towards the deeper aspects of yoga, there is a strong emphasis on introspection. The classes are generally gentle, alignment-based and encouraging of individual pace. Knowledge gained from her experiences in kundalini yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, myofascial release therapy, ayurveda, and Vipassana is also lovingly incorporated into the classes.
