E-RYT 200, YACEP – Yoga
Kim’s classes create space for each of her students to experience the yoga practice that nourishes them on an individual level. She hopes to inspire students to find their own path to personal transformation and joy. Each class is designed with a core message or theme and movements are taught on a journey that makes sense, through a combination of both structure and freedom. Each pose is an expression of that core message, using physical movement to strengthen the body so that the mind and heart can find space and freedom.
Kim finds great joy in bringing the gift of Yoga to others and through dedication to her own personal practice.
