RYT 500 YYoga Teachers College – Yoga
I took my first yoga class in 2006 and quickly realized the physical benefits of yoga, healing decade old injuries from many years of dance. Not only did I feel better in my body, but I noticed a sense of calmness and space after practicing, and experience less anxiety in my daily life. I feel honoured to have the opportunity to share yoga and its benefits with students, and I’m thankful for the learning’s that I receive from my students in every practice.
My classes are clear and alignment based, with a focus on mindful breath inspired movement. I believe that yoga should be accessible for everyone, and strive to empower students to use their practice as a tool to connect with themselves, finding more space and peace, in this increasingly busy world.
My relatability and humour provide a comfortable, safe space for students of all levels. Join me for playful, breath inspired classes, with some good tunes and a few laughs!
