Julie believes Yoga should have an element of fun along with being challenging, offering those who practice a ‘life-long learning experience’, a journey that evolves continuously.
Julie’s intentions of teaching Yoga are; to share what she loves, to inspire people to realize their full potential, to be an instrument that invites people to find ways to explore their mental, physical and spiritual awareness and comfort. Through personal practice each student will open up to finding their way to individualized growth, motivating them towards their goals, simultaneously sparking welcome change in the course of their lives. Students will reap the benefits with an appreciation for what is now, what is present, and how to bring that about simply in order to embrace the truth of nature and personal well being.
Students who enter into one of Julie’s Yoga classes will leave feeling stronger, empowered, more flexible, and truly energized with a wonderful sense of calm.
